Operating Instructions
- Top Switch Operation - 12V DC supplies
- Mid position OT - this disconnects the caravan services.
Ready for tow charging.
- Top position AB -> C using car battery for services.
- Bottom position CB -> C using caravan battery for services.
- Red Switch Operation - Mains supply 200/240V
- Top position AC mains OFF
- Bottom position AC mains ON, caravan battery is being charged.
Should always be switched on when connected to AC mains to give continuous charging.
- If RESET button comes out, this means that the power unit has received an overload due to either a short circuit or because the caravan battery is flat, taking too much current in the short term, wait 10 - 15 minutes and reset. Do not hold the button in, when conditions are correct, it will stay reset easily. Continuous failure to reset means the system has a fault.
- Recommended fuse size for AC mains input socket - 5 Amps.
Important notes
- The caravan battery should always be in circuit, the Control Unit when connected to mains is not intended to support the caravan load, but continuously charges the caravan battery.
- The AC 2 pin socket outlet is intended only for double insulated 2 wire appliances. Maximum loading 3 Amps - 750 Watts. Not ot be used for 3 wire appliances.
- 12V DC - Refrigerators should not be connected to the caravan battery, connect in accordance with makers recommendations.

- 12V Outlet socket uses DIN speaker plugs.
- 2 pin mains outlet socket whenfitted uses 200/240V 2 pin continental plugs.
